RETURN & EXCHANGE
We know that shopping online is not always easy especially with lingerie. Before buying anything please make sure to read carefully our size guide & the fitting advice on the item description. You can also contact us at info@maisonmadamea.com to help you choose the right size. 
 
Madame A. lingerie strives to be an eco-friendly brand and do not use single-use plastic liners on underwear bottoms. 
For this reason and due to hygienic regulations, we do not accept returns on underwear bottoms. 
 
If you wish to return any other purchase(s), your order will be refunded less shipping cost – (provided its within our 21 day returns period) or you can exchange your item(s) (upon stock availability). Please follow our instructions.
 
All returned items must be in their original condition (not altered or washed) with original packaging and tags attached. 
 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
 
  1. Advise us that you wish to return you item(s) at returns@maisonmadamea.com. 
  2. We will provide by email with the return form that must be properly filled and placed within the package you wish to send us back.
  3. Send the package to the address provided on the return form. We advise to use a tracked shipment to avoid shipments going missing.
  4. Once your item(s) received and approved for exchange or refund we will confirm by email.
 
Please make sure to return your items within 21 days of receiving your order.
 
Please note that, if your return doesn’t meet the requirement above, we won’t be able to proceed with refund or exchange. Your item(s) will be sent back to you.
 
Return costs are at the customer`s expenses. For exchanges, we are happy to send the item back to you at our expenses.
 
We do not process refund on sales items. However we’ll happily issue store credit. 
 
In the case of faulty or damaged items, please email us at returns@madamealingerie.com with photos of the goods and the issues you faced – this way our team can work to have this resolved and the item(s) replaced as soon as possible.
 
Madame A. Lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
